Dear Customers,

As our community is feeling the impact of COVID-19, here at Commercial Trucks we want to inform you that we are here for you during this time. We are making safety precautions our highest priority. We always have, and still provide the service of picking up and delivering/returning your vehicles; which will be especially beneficial during this time when social distancing has become a requirement.

We are using the recommended strategies for employers from the CDC.GOV website, and will be taking the following measures as precautions to ensure the safety of our employees and our customers:

• · Enhancing our cleaning and disinfecting procedures. All areas of offices are wiped down daily with antibacterial cleaning supplies. All employees are to wash hands extensively and follow proper hygiene habits
• · Communicating with our staff to keep them informed
• · We have advised all employees not to come to work if they are feeling ill. If anyone in the household is experiencing symptoms, we ask that employees stay home as well to limit exposure.
• · Our associates will avoid handshakes and direct physical contact with customers as well as with each other.
• · Our service technicians and mechanics will be wiping down your vehicle after service.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19:
-All Technicians are changing gloves between jobs
-Sanitation of commonly touched areas (steering wheel, shiftier/gearbox, stereo, etc.) prior to and after each job.

Although these are challenging times for us all we will continue to take news of this pandemic in stride. We will continue to monitor the situation daily and follow advice from the CDC and other health organizations in order to ensure everyone’s safety. We appreciate your business and patience and look forward to continuing to serve you.
